Ayurveda and Yoga are both required to perpetuate life, both blends perfectly to improve health. Ayurveda is much more than mere treatment, it is holistic and improve life through best health. ayurveda yoga    targets to eliminate physical illness and mental stress. It is recommended as a part of lifestyle to improve the health status of individuals. There are various kinds of Yoga that improves breathing, digestion, blood circulation and bowel movement. Yoga also improves sleep and is ideal for insomniacs. Yoga regulates the body functions and relieves stress. Both Yoga and Ayurveda has a strategic role in reducing stress in the hectic life. It cures stress related disorders prevalent in the contemporary lives. Yoga and Ayurveda are important part of the modern lives. There is simply no time to waste over illnesses and ailments. Yoga improves the body metabolisms, regular Yoga practices provides strength, flexibility and relief from aches. Yoga is popular all over the world, it has received much fame and popularity even in European countries. Those who practise Yoga regularly are quite healthy and active. Yoga is the healthy way to target obesity. Ayurveda has many merits as well. Many of the older generation depend on Ayurveda for their health requirements. They vouch by various Ayurvedic treatments and include herbal and Ayurvedic ingredient seven in their diet. Ayurveda has secured a niche in the modern era. It has the adequate solutions for the effects of stress and tensions.
